Price guarantee on selected items at Thamus

At Thamus, we offer a price guarantee on selected products marked with the price guarantee symbol. If you find the same item cheaper at a competitor, we will match the price (and a little extra, of course).

Please note that this offer DOES NOT apply to prices from Danish DIY stores and timber merchants, nor to retailers already on our supplier list. (Ask us if you are in doubt)

How it works

Send us the competitor's offer to info@thamus.dk (link or similar) or call us at 40998888, and we'll take it from there.

***** Terms and Conditions *****

The price guarantee requires:

• The product is marked with the price guarantee symbol with us
• Identical item (same length, width, color)
• Link to the competitor's webshop or a copy of a written offer
• The competitor is a Danish webshop or company with a Danish CVR number.
• The price is publicly available (not member or personal discounts)

The price guarantee DOES NOT apply to:

• Thamus' distributors (DIY stores, timber merchants, and other partners)
• Physical stores
• Sales, campaigns, or Black Friday offers
• Incorrect prices
• Marketplaces such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace
• Bundled offers or package prices

Thamus reserves the right to evaluate and reject price guarantee requests based on a specific assessment without further justification.
We do not match prices below our purchase price.
The price guarantee may be changed or terminated without notice.
