Anti-slip concrete

Concrete is one of the most widely used building materials – we encounter it everywhere: in galleries in apartment buildings, warehouses, entrances and underground parking lots. Although concrete is durable and practical, it is far from safe when the surface gets wet.

Untreated concrete can quickly become slippery and therefore dangerous. And even when covered with a traditional floor coating, it is often an expensive and temporary solution that both wears out quickly and is difficult to keep clean. In some residential buildings you also see anti-slip mats, but these wear out quickly or slide around in bad weather – and rarely contribute to real safety in the long run.
